Hello, Ive had the abandoned checkouts set up since launching our website last year but unfortunately in the past week or 2 the email template and wording has changed over? I’m wanting to change back to how i originally had it set up? Whenever i go into notifications it says that abandoned checkout is no longer managed here. It says to go to marketing automations which I do but I’m unable to edit the style and text there?
I’m wanting to know if anyone has experienced this issue? If so how did you fix it?
Can you share any screenshots of your notification settings? In all stores, it shows the email template of Abandoned checkout under Orders.
Changing it as you set it up early is not possible because there is no backup functionality. All you can do is to revert to the default, which is provided by Shopify.
