Abandoned checkout list shorter than normal

My list of abandoned checkouts used to be a page long. As of today, there are only two carts in the list. No one on my team has archived carts. Is this a new “feature” or is it a bug? As usual, the help pages are no help, because they describe older versions of the platform and the references made are no longer valid.

As an aside: I really wish the product owners at Shopify would start requiring that documentation gets updated before the developers role out a new feature or release. It is really frustrating that more or less 100% of the time, the documentation does not accurately describe the current working ways of the tool.

Bumping this since I haven’t seen a reply. Has anyone else experienced this?
