There might be some checkout issue on your account or problem with the cards that they are using. You will be able to check this out by going to >orders >abandoned checkouts and, click any abandoned checkout order you see then, scroll all the way down. If there is an error with the order, there will be a red highlighted message. If none, then there are no any issues with your checkout and your customers might simply decide to not proceed to checkout.
