Hello there everyone!
I have a question regarding abandoned checkouts, lately, I noticed that I started having a lot of abandoned checkouts that contain only email addresses, but no other information (no first name or last name, no address, etc…) the only information I have about the customer is that email address.
I also noticed that I started having this, only after I launched Snapchat ads, so I was wondering how this can happen. and why I’m not having complete information about the customer.
I was wondering also, maybe it’s something between Spanchat and Shopify where it communicates the email of the customer when he only adds the product to the cart or something?
