We have several locations from which we ship out depending on the product. Until now we have been able to view All orders when “All locations” is selected, or drop down, select the location and only view orders by that location - that facility no longer works. You drop down, select and nothing happens. Is it a weird update gone wrong? And how do I fix it?

In response to this problem, we give you a few possible reasons for this problem, which you can troubleshoot in turn:
If your store’s shipping is based on weight and the shipping range is
0-1000g($10)
2000g-3000g ($20)
Above 3000g ($30)
Then when the total weight of the checkout item is 1500g, the corresponding shipping rules will not be found, which will cause such an error.
If the shipping fee of your store is based on the total price of the product, the same as the above
If your order is generated using a draft order, it may also cause this problem.
If you are using a shipping app, you can contact the developer of the app for help.
