In the attached image, you’ll notice that logo, which should display as activated upon click, is unfortunately continuing to appear greyed-out even post activation.

Despite my attempts, we have been unable to successfully resolve this issue and thereby restore the logo to its intended interactive state. As such, we were hoping you might be able to provide some guidance or insights into possible solutions for this problem.
