About me page information syncing to all other pages

Good day.

I edited the About Us page on my online store and now all that information in the text box has synced to my Shipping page, Refund page, Shop now page (which contains all my collections).

I double checked that my navigation settings are correct and each menu item is linking to the page with the same name, for example my Shipping info menu item links in navigation to the Shipping info page, my Refund info menu item links to the Refund info page etc.

I have then gone in and changed my shipping info page back with the correct information and now my About Us page contains the shipping information. Not sure why these pages are all syncing the same text box with information.

I see at the top of my online store there is a dropdown box, Default page or Contact page, what does this mean and is this the problem? All of my pages says Default page at the top.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hii In Shopify if you want to reflect different information for different pages you need to create templates for those pages.

You need to create a new about-us template if you want to create unique
content for the about us page

you just need to go to coding in template create a new template named about-us or whatever you want and then go to pages and select that template in the dropdown for the about us page.
