i just wanna know about when the parcel returns that we delivered through without any error from our side. suppose we got a returns from customer, who has to pay the returns shipment charges? can you detail me about the procedure please

We actually have some help documents here that outline how you would go about creating a return for orders placed by customers. I strongly recommend giving this a read so you know what steps you need to take in order to process a return of an order. When it comes to who pays return shipment charges, this is up to you! For a business operating out of Sri Lanka, you won’t be able to buy return labels directly within Shopify, so you will need to purchase them from a shipping carrier. From there, you would purchase the label yourself. Then, when creating this return in your Shopify Admin, you can upload the information from this return label you purchased so it’s sent to the customer for use with shipping their return back to you. You can then add a ‘Return Shipping Fee’ during this workflow to request that the customer pay for the label that you had purchased to facilitate the return, or you can leave it blank, and absorb the cost yourself.
