We’ve been rolling out subscriptions availability with different payment processors and wallets, and that page text hasn’t been updated yet.
It should say:
If you sell subscription products, dynamic checkout buttons aren’t supported for some payment methods, such as Apple Pay. However, your customers might be able to use Shop Pay and PayPal Express dynamic checkout buttons at some stores. To learn more, refer to Subscriptions.
