I’d like to suggest two features which are very handy for my other company that uses QuickBooks Enterprise.

  1. The ability to view the cost of the item when creating orders that way you can give discounts accordingly on the fly. This allows the sales person to gauge the discount amount based on the cost of the item
  2. This relates to when creating an order and adjusting the quantity of the order. Having the ability to use mathematical equations within the quantity field. If the sales rep is selling 8 boxes of something containing 305M meters then in the quantity field they can punch it 8*305 to get the total number of meters to charge the customer

I really want to switch my other business over to Shopify Plus I don’t know if the team can live without these features. Until then we are sticking with QB Enterprise

:stop_sign: It’s Been 13 Days Since My Appeal — Shopify Blocked My Store and Held My Payouts After I Fulfilled 2 Orders

Hello everyone,

It’s been 13 days since I submitted an appeal after Shopify blocked my store, even though I had already paid my supplier and both customer orders were shipped. Unfortunately, I still haven’t regained access to my store, and Shopify is holding my payouts.

I’ve reached out to support several times but haven’t received a clear update. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Has anyone experienced this before or successfully resolved something similar?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
