I have a question about Dawn, is it ok for business has over 2000 products?

Thank you for reaching out here.

A theme controls the organization, features, and style of your online store. Different themes have different styles and layouts and don’t affect your product amount.

If you have the Plan (Basic, Shopify, Advanced) in that case you can upload 50,000 Products in one go and after that, you have the limit of 1,000 products (it can be variants also) in a day.

If you have a Shopify Plus plan, there is NO LIMIT! You can upload and handle as many products as you want.
