The Store of my client has made use of the accelerated checkout, but when user use that buttons and go the checkout page, the user dont pay for the shipping, so i dont mind how could we solve this, I’ve thinking about to recreate this through Product Shopify Api Ajax, but don’t know if is a goog idea.

You can use products from Shopify to improve your store. However, be cautious when making changes to the store, especially those related to payments, as it can easily cause errors in the store.
