Has anyone been able to resolve this? I have another store and did not have this issue. I am now getting it with a news store even though I have accepted all the ToS from FB.

This is a server problem. If you are using google chrome, change to safari and it will resolve itself.

Use Microsoft Edge for this procedure instead of Chrome or Firefox. It is the only browser I found that opens up the necessary windows to complete the task.

Hi, Just solved this problem by removing the Facebook from sales channel and adding it again, and doing the whole process. So it worked for me.

Same it’s still not working and Shopify Plus support doesn’t respond to this. They don’t want to hear about it.
