Access scopes already granted

We are getting an error on attempting to create a subscription plan with our app. The error message says that the app is missing certain access scopes: write_products, write_own_subscription_contracts, write_purchase_options. But, we have repeatedly verified that these scopes have been granted our app. We have also hit “https://moneyclip-comm.myshopify.com/admin/oauth/access_scopes.json” to get a list of access scopes, which includes ALL of these three.

Any clarity here will be greatly appreciated.

If you can submit this issue using the Report an Issue Form here https://help.shopify.com/en/questions/partners#/contact/report-an-issue it will help expedite the process as this will enable us to authenticate access where necessary. @KB77 , we initially submitted the issue there, but we were directed here by the support team on help.shopify.com. They told us that technical development issues ought to be posted here, hence the query.

Hi @SherwynSoff , I can see the request the same as the post was emailed to partner support. The reply they sent on Friday is requesting further details for our team to investigate. The same details that are listed on the bug reporting form I linked. We need this further information to make authenticated investigations for apps and stores. In this case if you were advised elsewhere in support to post the question here we apologise that is not appropriate recommendation in the specifics of this case/these types of issues that require authenticated details.
