The Shipping Calculator tool in SETTINGS>SHIPPING AND DELIVERY is very handy to calculate shipping while on the phone with a customer. However, it is not accessible to my employees because I don’t give them access to the shipping settings for obvious reasons. Why isn’t this tool listed separately in the shipping settings access so I can let them use it? Instead we have to search for previous orders to see how much it might be to ship to the potential customer’s state.

We have the exact same question. Really handy tool for our Sales team that you can’t give without opening the full part to them. Something we don’t like to avoid accidental changes.
