Access to Shopify Apps after trial expired

During my 7 day trial on Shopify I purchased a subscription to an app, my store trial has since ended, and for some reason I can’t login to use the app I subscribed to. The app is an external app called LLA Builder. Surely I do not have to select a Shopify plan just to access a third party application. I do not wish to continue with the site, but would like to continue use the app.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. Would you happen to know if this is a Private Application on your online store?

The reason I am asking is because I did a quick search for the application mentioned on our Shopify App Store and did not see it available.

Is this the app you were using: https://apps.shopify.com/social-lookalike-emails ?
The app provider is DropShip Tools Team. However it’s odd that we can not find their contacts.

In your case, I would highly recommend you uninstall then reinstall the app to see if you can continue to use it or not.

I’m unable to log in to the app via Shopify as it asks me to choose a Shopify package.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Since this application was not developed directly by Shopify, I am a bit unsure if you can access the application outside of the Shopify platform. I did find the Lookalike Audience Builder on the Shopify App store, if you navigate to that page - you can scroll down to the Support section.

If you select on this, you should see an email address that you can reach out to the third-party developers about this. They would be in best position to provide additional support and insight to their application.
