The Storefront APIs both states that “you’ll need token create access to tokenize credit cards on behalf of Shopify’s Custom accounts in Stripe”.
Is this the only level of access available to Shopify’s Custom accounts in Stripe? Ideally I’d like to be able to create recurring payments directly via Stripe, and all the subscription apps I’ve looked at (eg ReCharge) don’t play nicely with Storefront API checkouts.
