I have a client that has a hard time seeing the details in the screens in the Shopify Admin area.
Are there any apps that are designed to help with visibility in the Admin area?
Larger fonts? Higher contrast? Audio?

I know it’s not exactly Shopify related, but there is a chrome extension Magnifying Glass (Hover Zoom) that may help your client to inspect those details. They can click the tool from their extension panel and hover on the texts and blocks that are not clearly seen. Should work on any website within the browser.
Or there is a good old Cntrl(or Cmd)+MouseWheel to change the scale of the screen without any tools. I guess it should influence the dashboard as well.
Sorry if I misunderstood the question and you meant something different in the question.
Best case scenario is DIY with spreadsheets don’t be shackled to what they do in the admin.
or use things like retool for custom dashboards etc.
Then for anything not easily exported/imported is comes down to operating system accessibility tools for zooming/magnifying the screen; which can included increasing monitor DPI.
If on laptop browsers like chrome may work with using the touchpad to two-finger pinch/stretch to unzoom/zoom
aside: recently saw on linkedin they’ve let go of thier only full time accesibility expert; so again don’t rely on hope that shopify will fix this type of stuff ever.

Being able to zoom in and look at particular parts of the screen is helpful.
The problem overall is that there are so many menus, with low contrast , that someone who is struggling with vison issues is going to have a hard time figuring out what to zoom in on!
I do hope that some accessibility improvements are made. My guess is it would make many customers happy.
