Accidently purchased a wrong plan for shopify

Hi Community,

I am an Ecommerce student and had an assignemnt to create a shopify account for better understanding of the course, unfortunetly during this I accidently subscribed to yearly plan, I was charged 550 + Dollars and that is impossible for me to afford.
I have already spoken to a support agent and here is the ticket number for the same : 46740738 (The agent was helpful no complains) however, I would request you to kindly expedite the process as it would affect my finances.

I have attached the screenshots of my assignments and can also provide you further details if required.
