Account Activation link not being sent or being send to spam. NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!

My website is specifically designed for businesses, my account registration page gets redirected to a signup form from the app Wholesale Price Discount.

When the form is filled out, it creates a customer account with their address on the back end.

For my Shopify settings, it sends out an email that notifies the customer that they have created an account, then it’s supposed to send out another email automatically requesting the customer to “Activate” their account which is where they set their password to log into their account.

The “Activate” email is not being sent, even if I go to a customers profile and click the button “resend account invite” they are stating that they are not receiving the email. Some customers have received it in their spam folder, but the majority or almost all are saying they have not received the email at all.

I need help fixing this issue IMMEDIATELY, my business gets close to 100 signup a day and they cannot purchase from my website since we offer Net 30 terms if they do not have an account set up.

Here is the website link for reference.

Hey,

If you are having issues with an email which is being sent by the app, you’ll need to contact your app’s customer service. If you have configured this email to send from your domain I suggest checking that you have configured your DNS settings correctly.

Overall it seems like your question is a better fit for your app’s customer service team.

The emails are being sent from the domain from what i know, the app is only a custom form to collect information.

My domain is google, as I paid for google suites. Do you think that would be the issue?

I don’t see how or why they’ll send some emails to customer and not others. For an example a customer signed up they received a confirmation email that they signed up, but not the account activation email.

I have a similar problem. I’m not using an app, just Shopify, but whenever I send new customers an account activation link, I’ve been finding that many of my customers’ activation emails are ending up in their junk or spam folders (or they aren’t seeing them at all). I’ve been CC’ing myself on all the account invitations, so if a customer can’t find theirs I can just forward it from my inbox, but this is incredibly inefficient and frustrating. I’m not sure if anyone has any tips or suggestions for ensuring that these emails aren’t going to junk/spam/somewhere else random.
