It’s been 9 days i have submitted my appeal and documents. Every day I am chatting with support agents and no help. My new business just started and stuck, We are in between verification of Marketplace and BANK. No one responded and helping. WE Want our account back and visible.

It was new account just published and received your account is deactivated due to AUP policy. On same day last monday, I have submitted appeal with legal documents then also no help

You can try asking for escalation, it means when chatting with a support agent, specifically request to have your case escalated to the Risk or Account Integrity team. Or, try contacting them via Twitter/X (@ShopifySupport).
