We opened a shop it’s been active less than 2 weeks and yesterday it was deactivated for a violation - that we have NOT done. We sell childrenswear, we have outstanding orders and have no details for these customers! We have requested on multiple occasions to be called to rectify this incorrect decision but have been told to request a call back via the app, there is no option to do! We have paid a fee for a service Shopify is not providing, having looked on this discussion page, this appears to be a common theme of Shopify and I ask that you contact us as a matter of urgency.

I can understand how the sudden closure of your store can be frustrating. Generally, we send out correspondence to the account owners email to outline if there is a potential issue with the store. Have you had a chance to reply back to this correspondence?
