Both of my stores were shutdown yesterday at exactly the same time for the same reason below this paragraph. They are both new stores and only had a handful of sales. Iv appealed both but haven’t heard anything back from shopify. I went onto a live chat and the assistant seems to think it’s a temporary closure. It seems strange as the email stated the will hold sales money for 120 days. Has anyone else had this issue recently?. Has anyone been successful in recovering their store?
