I’ve been contacting support for almost a week now and I haven’t had any progress once so ever with being help. I have almost 1000 in sells and I can’t even access it due to Shopify lack of speed and customer service .if anyone know how to fix this please help I have a lot of customers waiting

Since this is an account issue, you will need to directly reach out to Shopify support team. I know it is not ideal though they are the only person who can further help you with this kind of issues. Follow up with your case with them via live chat instead of email or ticket to avoid moving it further on the queue.
