Account got terminated

Hi everyone,
My store was recently terminated for violating Section 7 of the AUP, but I’m not sure what I did wrong. I’m a new seller with only a few orders. I sell ergonomic cushions from a supplier in China and was in the process of setting up 3PL to improve shipping times.
I’d really appreciate any insight or advice from others who’ve been through this. Thanks!

Hey thanks for the response , i dont think my product is a prohibited product as it is basically just a ergonomic pillow.I sent them a appeal hopefully my account gets reinstated. Do you know if they use ai to flag and disable accounts or is it always manual?

Hello, were you able to resolve this issue? The same thing happened to me and I haven’t had any answers for 12 days. I don’t know what to do anymore, and I can’t get a refund for the item.
