For some reason, the account icon and shopping cart are not showing on my desktop, but when I view it on my phone it works. I’ve asked other people and they see it on their desktop. Why is missing when viewing it on my computer?

I appreciate that you have included the URL to your store as that is helpful. You have a beautiful store, by the way! Looking into the store, I am able to view and select on both the account icon and shopping cart. Have you had any customers reach out to you about this? I took a screenshot from what I can see on my side:
If you are not seeing the icons located in the top right of the website, I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your browser. If the issue persists after you have cleared the cache, you can then attempt this action on another browser. As for example, if you are using Safari see if you can view the account and shopping cart icons using Google Chrome.

Update I am able to see the icons on a different browser. Could this be an issue with my Chrome browser? Here is an image using Firefox.
Clearing cache fixed the issue.
