Account is showing inactive and store is not available

My account suddenly showing inactive and unavailable does anyone know why this may happen ? because I’m not getting any support from shopify

It looks like there is something going on with your account that can only be solved by reaching out to our support team. They’ll be able to look into your account details. Have you been able to reach our chat support at all?

Simply engage with the Virtual Chat Assistant on the right hand side of the screen and ask to speak with an advisor until it brings you to the support page. Select “Chat” to speak with an advisor directly.

Explain the situation to them and they will be able to escalate the issue accordingly.

I did but its been more than 6 days and my issue is not being resolved they are all saying to just wait

I understand your concern, @SanyamJain . It can take a few business days to hear word from an escalated ticket. Depending on volume, it can take a bit of time. Since your request is with an escalated team, there is not much more that can be done from a support standpoint. Any and all updates will be sent to you via that ticket.
