Account Issue: Assistance and Resolution?

Since the 25th of last month, I have not been able to access my account due to a system error or something. I never activated any authentication apps, but the system suddenly requires me to enter a code. Several advisors helped me connect to the account team and sent their replies to me. They promised to monitor the case and prioritize it. However, there have been no follow-up emails, and so far, I have been waiting for more than two week, but still have not received any emails from the account team. I am feeling so hopeless! This incident has destroyed my online e-commerce business. It seems there’s no way to find out how much time I should wait. And today, the online advisors I have been in contact with has also started to become cold and lacks enthusiasm to help me. One of them told me they are just a general support team…This is my first time creating my online store, but it was totally unsuccessful. I non-stop worked on my website for days and nights, but all those efforts were wasted due to a simple account issue. I chose Shopify as my website company since I trust Shopify, however, I felt like a child not protected and cared for by this “Mother” company.
