Hey everyone, hope you’re doing well.
I’m Roman from Poland, and I recently ran into a strange issue while setting up a Shopify store for a musician. Everything was going fine I had selected a plan, added a valid US issued Visa card, and was ready to continue after the demo version expired. But right after linking the card, my store became completely inaccessible.
Now when I try to log in, I get a message saying I don’t have permission to view the page, and the store appears locked. I reached out to Shopify support, and while they initially said they’d look into it, I haven’t heard anything back since. I’m honestly just confused and unsure what went wrong.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice, I’d really appreciate you. Thanks so much
