Account on standard review for 8 days now - Poor Customer service

My account went into standard review with below message "

Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account

Contact Support for next steps on this standard review. This hold does not prevent your customers from checking out." When reached customer service they said it will be completed in 72hours. It is 8 days now and I reachout to customer service everyday, they dont have answer and have no improvement.
My customer is pissed off that I didnt fulfill the sale. product value is $3000 and customer is threatening Chargeback. Such a terrible service and poor communication.

Trying to migrate here from Woocommerce/WPEngine. First lesson is Shopify support is as bad as it gets.

Where they are good? They speak English. Where they are bad? I’m not sure their support staff ever touched a keyboard until getting hired.

Honestly worst support I’ve seen from any company. (though they chat nice while they waste your time)
