Our account has been paused by Shopify (see: https://d.pr/i/foWa60), and every button that would seem to lead to a way to contact Shopify or email support leads into a loop with no way to contact Shopify. It says that we should have received an email to respond to but we never received the email. I know that email support has been down for 24hrs but this has persisted for days. Anyone have any way to contact Shopify because we are in an endless loop to nowhere. Thanks!

To contact support, you can head to our Contact Page where you will be prompted to log into your shop. Once logged in, you can go ahead and select a topic (i.e starting a store) and scroll to the bottom of the page. At the bottom, there will be a Get Support section that provides a list of all our available support options including live chat, call back, and email.
