I only had my shop active for about two weeks before it was randomly shut down at like 2 AM three weeks ago. Last week I reached out once again and the support agent I spoke with agreed that it was completely ridiculous that I hadn’t heard anything yet and Once again escalated my case. I still have heard nothing. I’ve also responded to the original email 3 times but have heard nothing. I had a balance on my account because someone placed an order before it was shut down, and I haven’t even been able to access these funds. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I’m not sure what to do.
