Hello

My website is finalised and the ownership of the store has been handed over to my email address. I have paid a yearly subscription to Shopify but when I try to log in:

  • the first message is that my email does not have permission to view the page

  • then I have another message telling me they are unable to transfer ownership

Despite contacting Shopify help I am just told by the bot to get login help, which I don’t need.

at this stage this is stopping me from my online store operating. What can I do please?

try to share the url so that support can help in the forums.

from my experience, try to contact shopify support on twitter/x as well to give a push.

Lastly, i would check your emails to make sure you have the right login/emails
