I had been working on my Shopify store where we import products from our supplier and it had been running for a whole maybe a month we got a couple of orders after which I woke up one morning tried to log into my account on Shopify to fulfill an order I got over the night once I woke up I tried to log into my account but once I got on the app I was logged out of my store with an option to activate my account which I was confused about and then I tried to activate and didn’t allow me to so I went to my email and I got an email from Shopify saying my account had been terminated due to violation of Shopify policy or something and I’m positive I didn’t violate any of their guidelines it’s been a 2 days since I submitted my appeal and have not yet heard anything back from them I have many orders which I yet need to fulfill and some which are taken and not yet fulfilled due to my Shopify account been taken down I can’t bring myself to making a new account because I already made quite a good amount on the current one as well as having to fulfill my customers orders and I have customers whom have reached out to me in regards of my store being closed down so I really really need my account reopened and also it didn’t specify at all what which guideline I had violated so I don’t know what I should or shouldn’t do for it to not happen again didn’t receive a warning either to know why and to try and change anything I would like to hear back as soon as possible to fulfill my customers orders.
