3 of my Shopify stores gets terminated with 6000$ balance and the email says it will be held for 120 days. I appealed 15 days ago but still didn’t received any response. This is absolutely unacceptable from Shopify , How can a small merchant survive if 6000$ is in hold. Also I contacted support serval times they are just saying that I will receive email.
