Account went from automatic to manual fulfillment

Hi,

I’m new here, but can someone please explain how an account can go from automatic fulfillment to manual without anyone changing the settings? We’ve always been able to rely on the account being a “set it and forget it” product (outside of a few hiccups here and there), but all of sudden we had to start manally clicking the fulfillment button and orders have been sitting for sometimes a month. I switched it back to the setting being automatically fulfilled, but we NEVER moved the account to a manual process. Any feedback on how this could have happened would be great!

Thanks!

I don’t think it’s possible to happen without someone with access to your store actually changing the setting.

You could try going to Settings > Store Activity Log and see if something shows up there.
