So did you end up resolving this? I have the same exact issue now. Trying to sell my store and Im probably gonna have to keep the buyer waiting and by then they won’t want to buy it anymore. This is an area shopify needs to improve in definitely.

I am experiencing this as well. The case has been open for 6 days now. Terrible customer support. To Shopify elevating a support case means handing it off to someone who will not communicate with you directly and will not solve your problem. So disappointed in them.
