Ad Blockers Blocking "Add to Cart" button

Hi,

Recently we’ve had several customers report that they cannot ‘add to cart’ when they have ad blockers on. They can open a different browser that does not have ad blockers installed and then proceed with adding products to their cart. This is generally customers from outside of the USA. We are running the debut theme on Shopify. Has anyone else had this issue and know of a solution or have a suggestion to try?

Do you have any “add to cart” related apps installed?

Because the debut theme, is Shopify’s default theme, so it’s very unlikely that the same error will happen.

Thanks for your reply! We may have had one, so I just uninstalled it since it wasn’t critical (just a nice to have). I’ll see if that helps and if not reach out to Shopify. Thanks!
