ADA Compliance - Cart Empty Link and Missing Form Labels

Hello,

We are trying to get our site into compliance and I’ve fixed most of the issues, but can’t figure out these two:

  1. This code is triggering an “empty Link” error on every page:

ARIA hidden
  1. It’s showing 24 “Missing Form Label” errors on each page and I can’t seem to figure out what it’s referring to…

I’m using the wave.webaim.org checker to find the errors.

Any ideas?
