When I try to add a bank account it says that I need a two step authentication. Once set up I tried again and it still said I needed to set it up. When I enter setting it says two step authentication is on and it asks me to verify every time I attempt to log into my account. However, even though two step authentication is clearly on and working it still will not let a bank account be added.

I have already attempted clearing cache, going on a different browser, and even getting the mobile app where I discovered that when you get to the add bank screen it just reloads the screen forever.
