Does anyone know any apps that allow you to set up a “Customer Dashboard” or some type of personalized “Track Your Order” page on a Shopify store? I’d like our customers to be able to approve their order with a preview of the product/artwork and the option to click “approve” or “request a change”. Our business will be selling customized products and we would like to add that feature to our order process. I’ve seen similar stores do this and they usually send out an email with a link to view your artwork/custom product on their store and approve it before it’s shipped out.
Some stores will send you directly to a Customer Dashboard where you can track your entire order process on Shopify and request changes before it’s shipped, here’s an example of one I’ve seen:
