Add a non floating component in an app embed

Hi,

is there a way I can add a component say a button on the product page automatically when an app embed is activated

I have seen that many apps do it but as a novice, I am not sure how to achieve that. Attached is the screenshot as an example

Any pointers will be helpful

I am just doing it on the dev store to learn.
