I have a question: Is it possible to add and send a unique code to the customer that my store will use that coupon as a raffle coupon after the customer has completed the purchase?

You want to send the Raffle Coupon after the payment Success, You can add a Coupon code option it’s attached with your Product.
Your Coupon will be on the image format which you would like to send while purchasing every product from your Store.

We have a solution for that, but, not just sending your coupon. It’s a Cross Site Promotion app. Once your order is completed, the app sends an email to the customer to choose a discount. Your offer always will be at top of the page, but any other store’s offer will show on the listing page.
While using this app, you can get more traffic from other stores as well.
