Add ability to store metadata on a subscription

It would be really nice to be able to store metadata on a subscription, similar to orders.

I’d like to store data about how many billing failures there has been, when the next retry should be, what delivery day they have chosen for their next shipment. Right now I’m storing it in my own database, but it would be really nice to just store it on the subscription itself, similar to order note_attributes or metafields.

Please let me know if this is planned!

Thank you for the request as well as your use case that motivates it, eat_to_evolve. While it’s not on the near term roadmap, we’ll continue to take developer input into consideration for the next features we build.
