"Add an image to Shopify" Error on TikTok Shop

Hi, when I sync my Shopify with Tiktok shop, I get a weird error stating that I need to add images. However, I already have images for the listing, and when I add & remove images, it still stays on the disapproved and doesn’t get approved.
