Add + and - sign to "ADD TO CART" button on homepage of kora-coralia.com featured collection

I need to add + and - signs to the inside of the “ADD TO CART” button on homepage of kora-coralia.com’s featured collection. Also, I need that button to go directly into the add to cart. Currently, when someone clicks on ADD TO CART for a product on the homepage, they still have to go to the product’s page to add to cart. Is there a way to do this automatically once they hit add to cart in the homepage?
