Add bottom margin only when cart is empty

I try to add bottom margin for when the cart page is empty but it also adds to when a product is added, making too much spacing between sections, how can i add bottom margin only when the cart is empty?

@itsfrizzy Always keep in mind other people do not see what you see or know what you know.

Always communicate in concrete terms , Always provide relevant context that other people can access to try and understand, inspect or reproduce what your talking about.

  • Access: Link directly to issue pages don’t make others dig randomly through a site guessing what resource url your referring to.
  • Access: Make sure any links are publicly accessible by testing in an incognito window to see how another person would encounter it.
  • Access: Storefront password if applicable, example code, are any apps involved , etc . For browser problems browser name& version, operating system, etc.
  • Context: For theme problems provide the theme name, always provide either store url or preview urls, exact demo urls, optionally theme-docs theme-demos or a developer url or url of marketplace you bought the theme from.
