I’m using rise theme, and I want to show the available colors of each product on the product grid. like this
Hey! This should for a lot of themes, give it a try for Rise. If it doesn’t work, contact the theme developer as it will be specific to your theme.
In the Shopify admin, go to online store and click on “Edit theme” for your theme.
In the template selector at the top of the editor, navigate to the default collection page.
In the sidebar under Template, expand the Collection section and then the Product Card block. Click on Add Block and select Swatches.

If you are just starting your store, I would highly recommend using one of the new block-based themes released in the past year, eg Horizon or a Horizon sibling theme. Even if you’ve put in a week of theme customization, I would still recommend throwing that out and switching. These are going to be far more flexible and easier to customize.
Rise is an older-style theme and a sibling theme to Dawn, before the era of Shopify blocks.
You can find more by looking on YouTube about the differences between Dawn and Horizon. All the free Shopify themes are basically either Dawn-based or Horizon-based, just with different presets.
Not sure if that’s applicable to your situation, but worth considering. Unfortunately the theme store doesn’t clearly separate the block-based themes from the older ones.
