Is it possible to add a comments section on the page where you have to fill in contact information (see image below). I know it’s possible to add it on the cart page, but I use the Capital theme and it skips that page and directly goes to the page where you have to fill in your contact information (see image below).

Thank you for the screenshot and the details about what you are trying to accomplish on your checkout page.
While you can’t add any new fields to the checkout (Unless you are on the PLUS plan), you can commandeer existing fields you may not need. In your store admin under Settings > Checkout you can enable optional or mandatory fields in the Customer Information section and there are two that are usually disabled in most stores: The Company Name field and Address Line 2 field.
Once you’ve enabled the additional field you can adjust the text prompt it is displayed with on the checkout from within the theme language editor:
Instead of having a “Company Name” field you can change it to “Order Notes” or something similar. Let me know if you have any additional questions about that!
