I am using the Supply theme. Currently, the registration form asks for First Name, Last Name, Email, Password. I would like to add Company Name to the form, and have that information get automatically input in the checkout. How can I modify the code to do this? Thanks!

Shopify provides this tutorial on adding fields to registration. Keep in mind this tutorial saves additional fields to the customer note.
As an alternative, the Customer Fields app allows you to easily add new fields to your registration form(s). If you use Customer Fields to collect “Company name” the data will be saved to the customer’s default address and displayed in Shopify admin > Customers. Standard Shopify fields and address fields can be added using the app’s cheapest plan, though you may have to upgrade if you want to collect custom data such as birthday, gender, etc.
